Ground floor flat, near Streatham common station

i have a lovely old lady cat that needs medication daily but i need to rent as im paying for medical treatment. My flat is a ground floor Victorian conversion with a large shared garden (which is never used by the upstairs family), a 2 min walk to Streatham common station, great transport links, separate kitchen and front room, 2 sofa beds in front room. Unfortunately it does have a lot of my belongings in there still as due to my health i wasn’t meant to be out here this long. I am currently receiving treatment abroad and not fit to fly so unsure of move out date but likely at end of June
