I'm the owner of the flat and live here myself. The flat is currently on the market for sale, so this is a monthly rolling agreement rather than a fixed-term tenancy. There will be periodic viewings (open days and occasional individual appointments), and I'll need your cooperation in keeping the flat tidy and coordinating access times together. This won't be constant, but it will be ongoing for as long as the flat is on the market, so it's important you're comfortable with that arrangement before applying.

Availability and terms
Available from Saturday 8th August 26. This is a monthly rolling agreement with one calendar month's notice required from either side.

Deposit is £1,148. Please note, £200 of this is retained after the end of occupancy for a mandatory professional clean of the flat; this is disclosed upfront so there are no surprises at move-out.
