Room available in all girls house share!

We have a room available in our all girls house share! Our housmate recently moved out to live with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a girl to move in ASAP! The room has loads of build in storage, and a desk which is useful if you WFH. You'll be sharing the bathroom with only one other girl, who has also recently moved in. The living/ dining/kitchen space is open- plan, with doors out to the garden. You'll be living with three girls- all of us are professionals.

We are a friendly bunch, who appreciate each others space, but also love a chat in the kitchen, TV nights and the occasional visit to our local pub (which is only a five min walk and next to a lovely deli, numerous cute coffee shops, and a Sainsbury's local!).

We are a five min walk to Streatham Common station, which has great links into Central London - 20 mins to London Bridge and Victoria. There are also bus stops which get you into Streatham High Road, Brixton and Camberwell.

Co-op is also a five min walk, with the big Sainsbury's and Lidl being a fifteen minute walk.

We are looking for a girl to move in ASAP and who is planning on staying a while. Bills are not included in rent, but come to around £100 a month maximum. Our landlord is always quick to sort out any issues, and is approachable.

Although we have the occasional BBQ/ party and we are always happy for friends to be around, we are not a party house. We are super friendly, and happy to answer any questions! Xx
