3 Rooms Available near Streatham Common Station

I am a 27 year old male young professional looking for 3 flatmates to move into my rented accomodation from 01/12/2026. There are 3 double rooms available, a large ensuite and two medium-sized rooms which share a bathroom between them, I am in the small ensuite on the ground floor. There is also another bathroom without a shower on the ground floor as well. Bills come to about £131.18 a month, but this can be recalculated for a new renting period. We are council tax band D.

I am friendly and sociable and also go out a lot of the time to the cinema so will be a great flatmate to both socialise with and also have time for yourself. I am in a long-term relationship who will stay over for part of the week or alternatively I will stay over at her place. We have a large combined living room and kitchen and a nice garden. Pets are very welcome, there are a lot of cats in the area who I like to greet and fuss over but I do not have a cat myself, but pets are very welcome. Couples also welcome, the upstairs ensuite would be ideal for a couple. The living room is furnished with sofas, tables, chairs, and a TV. The bedrooms are just furnished with mattresses.

Please note the photographs are from before I moved in, there are currently people living in their rooms so have a lot of stuff to move out before we can take photographs. There hasn't been any changes to the rooms since these photographs were taken so should still be suitable.
