There is a large double room available in our house!

The house is a 10 min walk to Streatham Common Train Station - 20 mins into London Vic, London Bridge and East Croydon. There are also direct buses to Croydon, Morden and Brixton.

There are grocery stores within a 10 minute walk from the house. I have a car and am happy to pick up heavier items on my shop for the house so no heavy lifting required!

The house is newly refurbished. The room is a large double fully furnished with ample storage space. There is a huge kitchen and dining room. There is a great landscaped back garden with a bbq at the ready as well as a driveway and free parking on the road.

The kitchen and dining room is the social hub of the house as there is no living room - but this does mean we are closer to the wine and cake!

You would be sharing the bathroom with one other female, who is super clean and tidy.

The room is furnished with a with large double bed, triple wardrobe, desk and chair and has lots of storage space. The room has been redecorated while its been empty.

The rent is £750.00. All bills are included in the price- gas, water, electric, council tax and wifi!

The house has a washing machine and other amenities.

The room is available from Feb and we are an all female household. Like to keep things clean, tidy and are very respectful of each other.

I am a senior leader in a special needs school and have a 7 year old son - his wrap around care means were out the house from 7-7 each day . Jennifer works in the NHS on shift work.

We are looking for someone to make this house their home.
