Comfortable room in homely house

Hi I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my home.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe and 6 chest of draws.
Theirs a good size kitchen/dinning room, living room and a nice secluded garden.
All bills are included in the rent. Broadband is with Community Fibre.

I am a dog lover and have a Cava poo.
So its really important you like/love dogs.

It's a good area with Tooting Bec Common a short walk away, Tooting Broadway , Streatham, Balham and Brixton for socialising and we have some local cafes shops and restaurants on Moyser Road.

I work from home as a graphic designer/Yoga teacher so ideally the person needs to be hybrid working or full time 9-5.

Walking distance to Streatham Common railway station (into Victoria, London Bridge) great transport links. Also near to Tooting Broadway, Tooting Bec tube stations.
