I have a large ensuite double room available in a stunning Victorian house. All furniture, appliances and carpets are in great condition, and the décor has been created by a professional interior designer.

The house is located on a beautiful, quiet road of large semi-detached properties. It's just 2 mins walk from Streatham Common station (17 min direct train to Victoria) and 12 mins walk to Streatham Station (just over 20 min direct train to London Bridge, Blackfriars or Kings Cross). There are also multiple bus routes available. All amenities are close by including gym, swimming pool, several supermarkets and the shops/bars/restaurants of Streatham High Road. There is free on-street parking.

At the back of the garden is a gym which includes a spin bike, rowing machine, punchbag, squat cage with pulleys, full range of weight plates and bars, wall-to-wall mirrors and a powerful sound system.

The property is very safe and secure with professional families on either side, external CCTV and all relevant fire safety provisions.

All bills are included - council tax, gas/electric/water, superfast broadband and Netflix 4K in the kitchen/lounge. There are no agents fees or other hidden costs.
