Housemates are in architecture, teaching, and pharma industries. It’s an ideal place to be social or just enjoy your own time!

Comes fully furnished with new double bed with storage, 2 wardrobes, work desk as well as a chest of drawers.
Has its own new power shower & washbasin and shares a toilet 1 between 2.

Location:
5 minutes to Streatham Hill station, from where you can reach Clapham Junction in 10 minutes, or Victoria/ London Bridge in 20 minutes. Streatham High Road has many restaurants and cool bars – or head to Balham, Brixton or Clapham close by.

Services:
You’ll be taken care of by our housekeeper who cleans all common areas twice a week, and a gardener for the lovely garden.
Bills are fixed at £295pm / £395pm for a couple.
