I have a double room available in a spacious, bright and newly refurbished flat available for short - medium term lets, so the price includes bills and a fully furnished room.

Located Just off the main highstreet in Streatham Hill, it's really close to transport links and amenities, but it's also a really nice quiet leafy street as well, so it's got the best of both worlds. Streatham Hill is a quiet and safe area located next to Balham and just down from Brixton.

The room itself is newly refurbished, but I'm happy for you to make it your own as well. It doesn't have a desk in there at the moment, but can fit one if you'd like. It has plenty of storage including an Ottoman bed.

The flat includes superfast broadband and I have a great cleaner who comes every two weeks and irons and changes bed sheets.

All bills are included in the price, this includes cleaner, council tax, energy, water, tv license and 1gb broadband.

Me:

I'm into all sorts of stuff: I read a lot, generally pretty sporty and like good intellectual conversation as much as trash TV. I work from home 3 days per week and split my social time equally between socialising and watching stuff on the sofa.
