Small Double Room Available In Great House, SW2

We have a small double room available on the 1st floor in a big house in SW2 (Streatham Hill/Tulse Hil). With an enormous garden which we use all year round. The house is well-loved, a bit quirky, and a lot of fun. There are 6 of us. The loft is a separate flat where one of the housemates lives with there own kitchen and bathroom.
The main kitchen is shared between 5 of us. The toilet is separate to the shower and theres an additional toilet in the garden.
We have a lovely open sitting room with a working fireplace, which is ideal for those lazy Sundays and having people over.
Were looking for a girl and would love to hear from anyone who is open, fun, interesting, and would fit into our little family! Were all professionals with similar interests such as travelling, gigs / music, food, art and other wholesome things. We do go out together but also take time out for ourselves.
Move in date the 1st, but this can be negotiated a bit :)
