King sized room available in garden flat

I am on the hunt for a new house mate, as my current one is off to pastures new! The flat is in Streatham Hill / Tulse Hill.

The room available is a large bright room, with a king sized bed. The room is furnished with loads of storage, as well as an additional "walk in wardrobe". There is room for a desk in the bedroom, or it is possible to set up a desk on the dining table in the kitchen.

The flat itself is very and airy, with a big living room, kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet as well as a decent sized garden. The garden is perfect for having friends over for a BBQ, or a good sunbathing spot... if and when the sun ever returns to London.

The flat is in a very handy location, just 13 minute walks to Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill railway stations, for easy access into central London and The City. It is also just a quick walk away from Brixton. It is also very near Tooting Common and Brockwell Park, and there is a small park around the corner with tennis courts.

A little about me (who you will be living with)
I am a 32 year old professional, who does in Event Management in the insurance industry, and works a couple days a week in the office. I am active, enjoy exploring London, socialising with friends and do enjoy cooking and baking.

Ideally am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, fun and sociable, but also respectful of each others space. As well as somebody who is up for bingeing the newest reality TV on Netflix!

All bills are included in the cost.

The move in date can be flexible.
