We have a room available in our 4 bed house and are looking for someone friendly and sociable.

RENT DETAILS
The room is 740 with bills included. Council tax included. Water not included - shared every 6 months.

FURNISHINGS
Includes double bed, the rest of the furniture is going.

LOCATION
The 4-bed house is located within a 5 minute walk to streatham hill high street where there are many shops to choose from, streatham hill overground station (where trains run to Victoria Station in 20 minutes) and frequent bus routes into central London, including many 10 minute buses to our nearest tube station in Brixton. The location is perfect for getting practically anywhere in London as is well connected.

HOUSE
The house is spacious with large, open and airy kitchen, living room and garden! There is also an unused driveway in front of the house if you need to park a car.

The house has a sunny lounge which opens up to a garden (south facing) which is great for BBQs in the summer!

1 main bathroom with bath/shower/toilet (shared between 3 as 1 girl has an en-suite) and 1 downstairs toilet.

HOUSEMATES
My housemates are great fun - you would be living with: Priya (32) who is a software developer, Liz (35) who works in recruitment and Carlene (29) who works in customer services. We all work hybrid or remote and often work together in the front room.

HOUSEMATE INTERESTS
Interests of the group: Socialising with each other but also have our own lives/plans. Movie nights, cooking, BBQs, travelling, brunches and the odd games night etc!
