Double Room to Let in Streatham Hill

My wife has moved back to the States to pursue her Master's degree and I'm looking for a flatmate so I can continue living in our 2 bedroom flat in Streatham Hill.

It's an attic flat with two levels, a lower level with 2 double bedrooms and shared bathroom and an upper level with a shared kitchen and lounge. The flat is a 10 minute bus away from Clapham Common and Brixton tube stations, as well as a 10 minute walk from Streatham Hill train station.

The spare room was previously used for a year as storage and as an office but has been turned into a bedroom, I'm happy to mix and match furniture to your wishes.

Neighbours are friendly and quiet but I do have a young indoor cat called Ruble who is shy and likes to run up and down stairs. I intend to keep him in my room at night so he doesn't disturb anyone though.

I work full-time remote as a Game Developer so I'll be in most of the time, unless I'm out visiting friends or family. I'm a pretty outgoing person but I'm happy to respect your space and privacy as much as you need.
