I am moving back to Australia and in the process of selling my beautiful flat so looking for someone/a couple to move in short term.

Rent and bills package is £2050 and it’s available 29th October 3-4 months. I am flexible though, get in touch for a chat.

It’s located in Streatham Hill, short bus up to Brixton. Really lovely neighbours and it’s a great little community with 10 other flats in the building. There is also a bike shed and communal gardens.

The flat will come fully furnished(if you want) including all kitchen ware (ie toaster, kettle, blender), coat hangers, chest of drawers, sofa, bed etc. it’s got plenty of storage space as well.

It’s a new build and lovely and cosy and bright in the winter. Council tax C and Excellent EPC rating.
