Hi there,
I am a private landlord. A double room is available for rent from 5/8/2026 with rent of £1200 a month for couple and £1100 a month for a single renter. This rent is inclusive of council tax fuels water charges and broadband. The room comes with fitted wardrobes chest of drawers desk and office chair. Shared facilities include front garden for off street parking for cars n bicycles, two kitchens (1 with a dining area). Each kitchen is fully fitted with two washing machines, 2 dryers, a dishwasher, ovens, hobs, microwave, kettles n toasters. There is a living room snd a back garden. Zone 3 with all public transports just round the corner. Streatham Hill is just few minutes walk away. All local amenities including parks, supermarkets, banks gyms etc are also round the corner. Hospital staffs should check us out as we are on routes to St. George’s, Kings, st. Thomas and Guys and University Hospital too. hospitals. No agent please. I do need two months rent to sign any tenancy agreement to cover one month rent in advance and one month rent deposit. Single or Couple professionals are welcome.
