The house is approximately 7 minutes walk from Streatham Hill station, 11 mins to Tulse Hill train station with shops, supermarkets, gyms and everyday amenities nearby on Streatham High Road. Local bus services provide connections towards central London and Croydon.

Enquiries from NHS staff are warmly welcomed, including those working at St Thomas’, King’s College, St George’s and Maudsley hospitals.

A Peaceful, Considerate Household

Each room is available to one female occupant only. No couples, pets, or overnight visitors. Occasional visitors are welcome, provided visits are infrequent.

These house rules help maintain a quiet, private and comfortable home for everyone, with limited people coming and going. The rooms would suit someone who appreciates peaceful living and a respectful, settled household.
