We have 3 x lovely en suite room available to rent in a large yellow brick Victorian House in Streatham Hill suitable for serious professionals who needs a quiet space..
You will be sharing a well equipped kitchen with max 2 other people but not with the Live in landlord who has own kitchen.
The Rooms available are large double bedrooms en suite, with brand new clean bathrooms, plenty of storage space and polished wooden floors. Select the room as per photos advertised. We provide a key for the side gate to park your bicycles safely.
All bills are included in the price, and we can provide bed linen and towels if required as well.
It is a quiet residential road. Parking permanently either requires a permit, or you pay just for the 2 hours, Mon-Fri, 10-12 which are subject to parking controls or you move your car elsewhere during those 2 hours.
Streatham Hill has excellent bus routes to central, west and east London via Brixton (Victoria Line) & Clapham Common or Clapham South (Northern Line). Streatham Hill overground takes you to Victoria via Clapham Junction. A short walk or bus ride to Tulse Hill overground takes you to the city. We are surrounded by open common land, perfect for jogging. Streatham Hill has a Marks & Spencer food hall, Sainsburys and Tesco local and a Co op.
