We have a lovely, bright loft bedroom with its own private en-suite available in our family home in Streatham Hill.

The room is at the top of the house and feels quite private from the rest of the living space. It comes furnished with a double bed and plenty of built-in wardrobe/storage space.

The private en-suite is particularly spacious and high spec, with a freestanding claw-footed bath, large separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, with lots of natural light from the skylight.

We are a friendly professional couple with two young children. We're looking for a professional or mature student who would be comfortable living as part of a family home, while still having plenty of their own space and privacy.

Location

We're around 300 metres from Streatham High Street, with very frequent buses towards Brixton and beyond.

Both Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill stations are within walking distance, so there are good connections into central London as well as plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities nearby.
