We've got a lovely double room going in a large period house on Cricklade Avenue, SW2.
The place has lots of character, with high ceilings, big windows, and even a garden out back for hanging out in the summer (or winter too if you're brave, we've got a heating lamp!). You'll be sharing the kitchen, two bathrooms (two toilets and two separate showers), and living space with friendly housemates, and the room itself comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
Streatham Hill station is just around the corner, so getting into central London is easy. There are a great mix of cafés, pubs, shops nearby. It's a chilled neighbourhood with Brixton just around the corner, easy to reach thanks to the multiple buses (running every couple of minutes, even at night). Streatham Hill is just 5 minutes walk away, and Tulse Hill is reachable in about 20 minutes.
Green spaces are close if you want some quiet time, including Brockwell and Tooting Common.
Rent is 775£ a month, deposit is around £820, and we're looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. Perfect for a professional who wants a relaxed, well-connected home.

The current flatmates are between 30 and 40 years old, 1 women and 3 men. We are all friends and hang out quite often.
