1 double room with ensuite in Streatham Hill

Double Room available for rent in SW2. Move in from 31st October 2026.

This is a three-bedroom flat with two male tenants. One is 32 and the other guy is 35. One works as a physio and the other guy is an actor. I’m moving out because my sister and I have just purchased a flat, but I’ve been here a long time and have loved it. The best flat I’ve lived in.

Fully furnished flat. Looking for a tidy flatmate, aged 28 to 40. Mature students welcome. Both of the guys are really friendly, chatty and social, but they also have their own things going on.

The Bedroom: Double bed frame and large wardrobe. Has an en-suite. (New flatmate will need to bring a mattress though). Just for reference the room is really quiet & private which is lovely, but it does get a little cold in the Winter. Myself and previous tenants have just had our own small heater when we need it, because in general the flat is very warm.

The Living Area: fully furnished with a sofa, two chairs (which pull out into a spare bed), coffee table, dining bar and chairs. I own the TV and will take it with me, but feel free to bring one if you have one, or I’m sure another one will be sorted. I own a few of the other things in the shared spaces too which I’ll be taking with me. The walls have recently been plastered hence the plaster on the walls, but the landlords are sorting a painter!

The Kitchen: (open plan with living room); fully equipped with toaster, kettle, Air-fryer, oven, hobs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and crockery. The washing machine area is beside the shared bathroom down the hall.

The bills are not included but currently bills are £165.54 which includes gas & electric, water, council tax, WiFi and TV license. However, in the Winter they’ll go up. I have to take the Sky WiFi with me as I’m stuck in a contract, so new WiFi will be sorted of course!

Great access to Streatham Hill Train Station (8 minute walk), Balham Tube/Train Station (18mins walk), Bus stop outside the house which has regular buses to Balham and Clapham Common/ Stockwell.
