The house is spacious and bright, with a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, bifold doors opening onto the garden, a separate TV/snug room and a small home gym. There’s also a large bathroom with both a bath and shower and a seperate downstairs loo.
The location is really convenient – Streatham Hill Station is about a 2-minute walk away, 10 minutes bus to Brixton tube, 20 minute walk to Balham tube, with Gail’s at the end of the road, M&S Food on the High Road and a Sainsbury’s Local just around the corner. There’s also a Pilates studio a short walk away, as well as Virgin Active, Fitness First, F45 etc nearby.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a perfect canvas to make your own. It has a south-facing window overlooking the garden.
You’d be sharing with two women, both 30, so we’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy-going who wants a nice, sociable but relaxed home.
