Large double room in Streatham Hill home – bills included.

Hi! We’re Nathan and Sophie and we’re looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our lovely three-bed home in Streatham Hill. A large double room is available immediately. We’re open to tenancies of 3-months or more, though longer-term is preferred.

The flat is bright, spacious, and well looked after, with lots of natural light throughout. We’re on a quiet road just 5-minutes walk from Streatham Hill station, with excellent links into central London, and around 10-15 minutes from both Tulse Hill and Streatham stations. The high street is only a few minutes away and has everything you need - gyms, cafés, shops, bars and restaurants.

All bills are included, and we have a professional cleaner every 2 weeks for the shared areas.

THE HOME 🏡

A large three-bed first-floor maisonette with high ceilings and plenty of light. There’s a generous living/dining space that’s perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There’s one main bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a second separate WC.

Out back we also have a garden that’s a real sun trap in summer.

THE ROOM 🛏️

The room is a very spacious double and comes fully furnished, including a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, drawers, and still enough space to add a desk and other bits and bobs

ABOUT US 😊

Nathan has lived here two years and Sophie since the summer. We take pride in our home being a peaceful contrast to the liveliness of the city. We’re sociable but independent - generally out and about at weekends, and clean living, early birds during the week.

Nathan (36, Yorkshire) - I’m into keeping active (CrossFit, Parkruns), travelling, good food and the occasional musical. Usually out and about at weekends, whether that’s seeing friends, exploring somewhere new or finding a decent pub, but equally happy having a quiet night in. I work in central London and like keeping the house clean, relaxed and somewhere everyone can feel at home.

Sophie (42, Brummie) love running, cycling and all things fitness related, but also love a glass of wine. Often at the gym/out running after work. I work in customer experience and am in the office about 3-days a week.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🫵

We’d love to find someone of a similar age and lifestyle - considerate, and comfortable living in a well organised home. Ideally someone who enjoys their own routine, respects shared spaces, and is looking for a place that feels like home rather than a party flat.

You’d be replacing our previous flatmate Pip, who lived here three years but has now bought her own place.
