Really nice three-bedroom flat with two current tenants looking for a third. Both young professionals in early their 30s, one is a physio and the other an actor :)

Fully furnished flat. Looking for a tidy flatmate, aged 27 to 40. Mature students welcome. Current tenants are really friendly, social, and with varied hobbies and interests. Looking for someone to share our lovely flat with us :)

The Bedroom: Double bed frame and large wardrobe. Has an en-suite. (New flatmate will need to bring a mattress though). For reference the room is really quiet & private which is great for those who neen more quiet space working from home or to unwind. The room however does get a little cold in the Winter and previous tenants have just had our own small heater when needed. The flat in general is very warm.

The Living Area: fully furnished with a sofa, two chairs (which pull out into a spare bed), coffee table, dining bar and chairs. The walls have recently been plastered and painted.

The Kitchen: (open plan with living room); fully equipped with toaster, kettle, Air-fryer, oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and crockery. The washing machine area is beside the shared bathroom down the hall.

The bills are not included but currently bills are £165.54 which includes gas & electric, water, council tax, WiFi and TV license. However, in the Winter they’ll go up a little.

Great access to Streatham Hill Train Station (8 minute walk), Balham Tube/Train Station (18mins walk), Bus stop right outside the house which has buses to Balham (12mins) and Clapham Common (16mins)/ Stockwell (22 mins)
