Double bedroom in large cosy naturist garden flat

A double room in my large classic victorian cosy home, a garden flat (with hot tub) over two floors. Yes naturist and preferably we are looking for a naturist or someone comfortable with that environment.
There are currently two of us, professionals in the true sense and the challenge now is to find that unique and very special someone else who will easily fit in with our relaxed, social and friendly way of life.
We are not a party house, neither a hostel. We have a quiet, relaxing, cosy home but we are social, also understanding the need for an individual's privacy but with an open door attitude.

Very well connected with great transport. 4 to 5 minutes walk from Streatham Hill train station (zone 3) with quick trains to both Victoria via Clapham Junction and London Bridge, numerous buses to Brixton (10-15 minutes) and the Victoria line plus 15 minutes walk to Balham (also the next train stop) and the Northern line. Gatwick is under an hour, front door to past security. A short bus journey to Streatham station for Thameslink, and 4-5 minutes walk to Tooting Bec common.
We are seeking a relaxed, responsible, thoughtful, considerate professional.
Finding the ‘right’ person is essential.
I work from home as a film maker (with a background in corporate marketing and communications). The other (Spanish) has a background in law and international relations but working in diplomacy. There is everything you can expect (CH, washing machine, fast broadband which I need for work etc) 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 4 bedrooms, large quiet garden with bar-b-q and hottub. We grow our own vegetables - they taste so much better than supermarket ones!!. On street parking plus secured off street parking if needed and secure place for bicycles.
