Hello, I have a bright double room with private en suite shower to let at my home in the Stroud Green neighbourhood of Finsbury Park. The room is in a quiet, clean and spacious 2-bed flat in the Stroud Green neighbourhood.

The flat is spread over the top two floors of a Victorian townhouse and is occupied by me (homeowner) and a sweet, rarely seen cat. (My partner is occasionally around too, as he lives nearby.) Eat-in kitchen available for light use. Decent internet with network back-up.

Transport: 4-minute walk to Finsbury Park (Zone 2 ) station for the excellent Victoria & Piccadilly underground lines. Both lines have trains every 1-3 minutes during peak hours. There are also two overground lines from here. 5 minutes to Kings Cross/St Pancras International. Two bus terminals serving routes in all directions. Superb for fast access to Central London.
The house is very close to the local park and to the Parkland Walk (3-mile nature trail), plus Woodberry Down Wetlands. Stroud Green neighbourhood has plenty of supermarkets and good independent restaurants, cafes, pubs etc - everything you need, really!

About me (live-in landlord): I'm an easy-going & busy professional, looking for a mature, friendly, clean & considerate professional who needs a London base during the week. I work mainly from home on weekdays, so this weekday rental would best suit someone who has a separate workplace in London.
