Short Term Let: x1 Double Room in Crouch End

Double room available in my 2 bedroom flat in Crouch End / Stroud Green, on a short-term basis (happy to consider one or two month periods). The flat is cosy and comes furnished with everything you will need. You'll be sharing with me - female, late 30s, working in film. Looking for someone chill and respectful - my flat is a calm space I enjoy coming back to at the end of hectic work days.

The room on offer is a double with hanging wardrobe space, a desk and chest of drawers.

The flat is a 5/6 minute walk to Haringey National Rail station, or a 20 min walk (or 10 min bus) to Finsbury Park.

Monthly rent is inclusive of all bills.

Parking available if needed, although this will be at an additional cost.

Available 1st September 2025.

No couples or pets, sorry.
