Looking for a female professional in her 20s-30s to take over my flatmate’s contemporary, serene and well-lit basement room that overlooks a large private garden in two bedroom, two bathroom, two-storey flat.

Tons of built in storage and a desk nook in the room. It is currently furnished with a double bed which will be purchased from my flatmate.

We will each have our own bathrooms and you will basically have the whole lower level to yourself, except for sharing some amenities in the basement one (sole standing shower, laundry).

The flat itself is charming, fully furnished, and has tons of space, a beautiful sunroom that’s architectural-digest worthy, a dishwasher, fireplace, and a huge yard with plenty of opportunities to garden.

Neighbourhood is centrally located in zone 2 and in great safe residential area.

As for me, I’m a 33 year old Canadian female professional (lawyer) with a hybrid working schedule who moved to London from Toronto in Aug 2024. I’ve lived here for the past year (took it over from a friend) and with my past flatmate since I’ve moved (end of an era). I’m a big traveller and foodie and love making new pals.

Your share of rent is £1250 and about £230-£290 in bills per month (Band D Council Tax). Looking to sublet from June 1 - Dec 1 (7 months) with an opportunity to extend to a year.
