Hi everyone, I'm Abi, a 32 year old creative who works in fundraising and music. I've been to see this lovely spacious & bright 2-bed flat in the really sought after area of Stroud Green, N4, just a stones throw from all the pubs and restaurants of the Stroud Green Road and right across from the Parkland Walk Nature reserve. It's walking distance to Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill stations. I really love what I've seen and whilst the decor is a little dated in places, the space and location is incredible for the area - it gets great light, everything is in fab condition and feels like a wonderful blank canvas! The period features also make it really cute and homely I feel!

I fell in love with this area when I lived here before and I'm looking for a like-minded female co-tenant, hopefully of a similar age, to put an offer in on the property with me! Move-in would be December 7th and the flat is part-furnished.

I'd love to build a long-term, cosy & nurturing home a stones throw from here, with someone else who loves the area. I love soul music, cooking roast dinners, nature, long walks & a good yap, but also love my quiet alone time too. I work from home around 2 days a week and the rest of the time either work in an office or am out gigging, looking for someone who wants a cosy home whilst not having the astronomical costs of having to rent somewhere on your own!
