Price negotiable depending on nights per week. Our previous lodger of 7 years has retired. He lived outside London and travelled into the city for work 3/4 days each week and used the room more like a crash-pad, which we have gotten used to.
So looking for mid-week lodger only who needs a safe, comfortable room (own bathroom) which is on ground floor and so private to the rest of the house.

Large/spacious double fronted house in beautiful and peaceful road with views of London. Newly decorated/carpeted single bedroom on ground floor, (with new bed and carpets) and use of very own shower room and very own living space (which leads on to large patio/garden) and utility room which has use of fridge/kettle. Very welcome to use family kitchen and living area too. We are a friendly family, looking to rent our extra space mid week. Price negotiable depending on number of nights. Very fast transport links to city (Moorgate/Old street) and tube line (Victoria) from Harringay station at the end of the road. (2mins away)

Stroud Green/Finsbury park area and close to Islington and Crouch end. We are on a hill with amazing views of London skyline and a few minutes away from Harringay station which has trains direct into Old street/Moorgate and highbury islington, as well as Kings Cross. Or Finsbury Park is a 10/15 minutes walk away.
