The double room at the top of the house is private & quiet, with a view over the park and our private garden. The house is fully renovated with heated floors & heated towel rails. High speed fibre internet, central heating, huge cellar with extra storage space, all fixed bills included. Your dog is welcome if you have one, subject to suitability, and note we already have a very friendly dog. We are two male professionals, one gay, one bi. The house is kept clean and tidy and is in excellent condition throughout. Plenty of transport links: 5 min walk to Surrey Quays overground, 10 min walk to Canada Water on Jubilee Line, three buses run close to the house (47, 188, 225), including two 24-hour services to central London/Soho. Excellent access to Canary Wharf/City/London Bridge. Huge bathroom, modern kitchen, living & dining rooms, sitting room has views of park & Canary Wharf. Very modern bathroom has one of the biggest showers in London & separate bath. Backyard for BBQs in summer, which we enjoy.
