It’s a safe and lovely area if you enjoy walking or running, with scenic routes along the River Thames, nearby docks, and several green parks close by.

9‑minute walk to Surrey Quays Overground
14‑minute walk to Canada Water (Jubilee line)
Just two stops to London Bridge
Ideal if you work in central or east London.

The room is out for 1150£ (including the water bill) and the rest of the bills (council tax+electricity+internet) comes up to around 150£ per month per person.
