The house is situated in a well-connected neighbourhood with plenty of shops, cafés, and gyms nearby. It's the perfect place to settle in and explore the best of South East London. 👏

The house is 10 minutes walk to Surrey Quays station which is very connected to all parts of London and only 1 stop to Canada Water on the Jubilee tube underground line.

THE HOME 🏡
This beautifully refurbished six-bedroom house is thoughtfully spread over three floors, designed with comfort in mind. It features a spacious kitchen diner with all appliances and utensils ready to use - ideal for meals as well as a separate living room for chilling out or socialising 🥂

In terms of bathrooms, four of the bedrooms enjoy their own en-suite, and the other two rooms share a bathroom with only one other housemate. 🚿🤌

Outside, there’s a private garden, perfect for BBQs, outdoor dining, or simply enjoying the sunshine. ☀️🍖

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
The area surrounding the home is exceptionally convenient as everything you need is close by, including a big Tesco's and Lidl as well as Surrey Quays shopping centre all a short walk away. For things to do, the neighbourhood features bars, restaurants, gyms, yoga studios and great coffee shops! 🛍️🛒

We have a beautiful double room remaining, finished to a high standard and fully furnished with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, bedside table, and an optional desk and chair.

You’ll be living with a great group of friendly people just like yourself! Current housemates in the property:

- Aisling, civil servant working in government policy. A very active and sociable person who loves travelling, scuba diving, skiing as well as going for a coffee and a drink.

- Miriam, recently completed her Master's degree in communications. Loves going to the gym, hiking, nature walks, cooking and travelling.

- Diego, tech professional in product analysis. Enjoys going to the gym, watching and playing football, watching movies, travelling, going out for a drink, and meeting new people.

- Morgan (In the process of moving in), postgraduate student in health sciences working alongside her studies. She enjoys cooking, going to the gym, and generally keeping busy.

We are looking for a sociable female professional to maintain a balanced household. 👩‍💼

We carefully select our tenants to create a vibrant, sociable, and respectful home. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet everyone to ensure it’s a perfect fit before finalizing your move-in! 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
