It will be available from November, at a rate of £901.80 per month (the price is actually 1801.80 and the other tenant pays 900).
The flat is just a short walk from Deptford Park and has great coffee spots and relaxing riverside walks.
It's also very spacious and has a lot of storage for a London flat.
This flat offers a perfect balance between the energy of London and a peaceful living environment. There is a bus stop right outside the flat that takes you directly to Canada Water Station, and Surrey Quays Station is only about a 13-minute walk away.
Common commute times (door-to-door) are as follows:
- Canary Wharf: 20 minutes

- Liverpool Street: 32 minutes
Our landlord is very accommodating, which is quite rare!
