Hi,
Either me or my wife are here in total only 3-6 nights a month and our lovely 3 bedroom is empty the rest of the time. I am looking for someone or a couple to help pay the bills.
You would have the master bedroom plus the other bed room on the pictures (to convert into an office). The flat is super warm south facing. We barely put eating 2-3 months per year and it is always >21C. As a bonus we even have a small pool to put on the terrace for the summer months ;)
We can even talk about you using the guest room when we are not here as a second office for couples.
There is also a potential covered parking space for an extra 90 GBP/month. Secure underground bicycle storage already available for free.
For smokers, I mean it is ok on the terrace not in the flat.
