Rent: £825pcm (plus bills - approx £114/month, sometimes less sometimes ever so slightly more. I’ve never paid £1k total which is amazing for London!)

- No living room :( but the cheap rent and great transport connections makes up for it!

- Friendly, clean, easygoing, respectful tenant
- No male tenants sorry :(
- Ideally a professional in their mid-20s to early 30s
- No smokers & no pets please
- Remote/hybrid & hybrid work allowed!
- You’ll be living with Amber (27) and Heather (22), two lovely and welcoming girls. Amber has lived here for years and loves to fix the place up, so it’s always improving! We also have a good relationship with the landlords

- The landlord will need to do background checks
- You either need a UK guarantor or to make a gross annual income of at least 2.5x your portion of the rentwill s (income, guarantor, references etc.)
