Situated on the 6th floor, the flat is stunningly bright with fantastic views over the London skyline. It is 5 minutes’ walk to Swiss Cottage station. 8 minutes to South Hampstead overground station. Several 24/7 bus services to central London. There is an abundance of parks and open spaces with Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath being 15 and 35 minutes’ walk away respectively. Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre, Library, Pure Gym, are a stone throw away. The quiet surrounding but 5 minutes’ walk to shops, restaurants etc. on Finchley road is a rare plus one could find in London.

You will share with two flatmates a storage cupboard, a stylish shower room and a separate WC (both fully tiled), and a well-equipped kitchen. The Kitchen features granite surface, oak cabinets, and BOSH/NEFF appliances.

Bill included: Council tax, fast fibre broadband, gas, electricity, water.

Two very spacious rooms are on offer:

Room A: size: 114,6 Sq Ft (10.6 Sq M), fit to measure mirror wardrobe, with all essentials needed for living comfortably and/or wfh.

Room B: Size: 211 Sq. Ft (19.3 Sq. M), King size bed, wardrobes, own refrigerator, and all others you can think of. (Depends on circumstances, I may consider a couple upon agreement on rent.)

The flat has been kept clean and tidy, so I’m looking for candidates who are equally clean and tidy. To maintain respect for yourself and your flatmates, you'll need to share responsibilities by following a scheduled rota system to clean the common areas and facilities. If this doesn't describe you, please save the effort by not applying.
