I am a live-in/live-out landlord, looking for someone to rent out a room in a delightful and very well-located flat which is 5 mins walk from Swiss Cottage tube station and 10 mins walk from Hampstead tube station.
There is the choice of two rooms - the bigger one with beautiful exposed beams, or the smaller one at the back of the flat.
Critically, you will have the whole (2 bed flat) to yourself for 70-80% of the time. The flat is pretty quiet, I think it will suit either a very busy professional / someone who values peace, quiet and solitude. Would prefer a longer term arrangement.
