Room in a shared flat at 100a Byne Road, Sydenham

I am renting out the spare bedroom in my ground floor flat at Byne Road, a 5 minute walk from both Sydenham and Penge East stations. It has very recently been furnished with a brand new small double bed and mattress, chest of drawers and clothes rail as well as having just been redecorated and having a new sash window fitted. It is 3m by 2.6m. The rest of the flat comprises a large/dine-in kitchen with a dining table for 6 people, a good-sized living room with loads of natural light and 2 x 3 seater sofas and a nicely-decorated bathroom with shower over bath and under-floor heating. I also have direct access to a private garden with lawn, patio and bbq. I am a 36 year old man currently between jobs.
