Youngish professional looking for a roomie!
I enjoy eating out, baking, trash TV, exercising, a cheeky glass of wine or rum, and exploring London - the usual really!
It is really important to me that my flat is enjoyed as a home rather than student halls and would be delighted to have someone join me with the same values (clean, tidy, doesn't need prompting to buy kitchen roll etc...)
What you need to know:
The room is fully furnished double bedroom (bed, wardrobe, cupboard; the usual) in a first floor flat, right next to Crystal Palace park, You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
Rent and bills included is £700pcm - my preference is for someone who is office based for work, for six months but I’m flexible!
Local amenities include:
Lidl, everyman cinema, Tesco, Crystal Palace park (and its dinosaurs) gyms to suit your needs, great pizza and chicken shop!
The flat is 10 mins from Sydenham station with links to East London and trains direct to London Bridge in 30minutes. In the other direction Crystal Palace station is 20min walk.
