2 rooms in friendly Sydenham houseshare

We have two rooms available in our house in Sydenham! I have lived here for almost 4 years, while the other tenant has been here about a year and a half. The rooms will be available from the end of November.

The rooms are £718.75 per month + bills (just over £100 on average overall), council Tax Band D.

LOCATION -
Tannsfeld Road is a quiet residential street off Sydenham Road. We are approx a 7 min walk from Sydenham Overground Station, and a similar distance to Penge East which will get you into Victoria in ~15mins. The 197 will take you into Peckham and the 176 is a night bus which will bring you all the way home from central London. Sydenham Road has everything you could need, supermarkets, shops, delis pubs and lovely green spaces with Mayow Park, Sydenham Woods and Crystal Palace Park all within walking distance.

THE HOUSE -
This is a 4 bedroom, two bathroom house with a big living room, large kitchen diner, conservatory, study and a lovely garden. There is a lot of communal space and loads of storage throughout the house. The two rooms available are on the second floor, and share a newly updated bathroom between them. A lot of the decor and plants you see in the pictures have gone with previous tenants unfortunately, but that also means you'll have plenty of space to make it your own!

ROOM 1
Comes furnished with a bed and mattress with lots of storage in the massive built in wardrobes. This room has views out the back of the house over the garden. Will be available a week or so earlier than room 2.

ROOM 2
A large attic room with skylights, looking out onto the street. The tenant leaving said she will be taking the mattress, but is happy to leave the bed frame, desk and chest of drawers if you want them.

CURRENT HOUSEMATES -
There are two of us staying and will be 4 of us in total. I currently work at a museum while the other current housemate Phoebe works for a record label. We're fairly sociable so enjoy a chat in the kitchen while cooking etc. and both interested in living with other artsy, left-leaning folks. We are respectful of each others' working schedules and personal space meaning whilst we're social, we're not a party house. People who work from home are welcome.
