Sunny room in Sydenham | 3-9 months

Room available in a sunny Sydenham home, with easy access to central London. I’m flexible on the length of the rental, anywhere from 3–9 months, with potential to extend. So if you’re interested, just let me know what kind of timeframe you’re looking for. I look forward to hearing from you! 🙂

All bills are included in the rent and the room is furnished with a large desk and a wall bed which can easily be pushed up for times when you need more floor space. When I'm away, you'll be sharing the bathroom with one other.

Current housemates:
I'm partly away for the next few months, so most of the time you'll be sharing with 2 friendly 26-year-old girls - one who works in data security, interested in reading and concerts, and another who works with interior design.

Me: At the moment, I'm away more than home, but will be home at least a night a week after choir rehearsals and love a kitchen chat when here. I work in content and I'm interested in singing and yoga. :)

Looking for: someone who is easy going, friendly and considerate of others in the home. Someone happy to be a bit independent if other housemates are out of the house but equally happy to hang out once in a while with a cup of tea and chats.

Location:
The flat is a 15 minute walk from both Sydenham and Lower Sydenham stations so nice and easy for getting into London.

We are a five minute walk from a huge Sainsbury's (and B&Q, Next, Currys, Aldi, an aerial circus school) and a 10 minute walk from the cafes and restaurants on Sydenham high street... and a brilliant yoga studio.
