I have two lovely bedrooms available on the top floor of a two-storey terraced house, with a big private garden. The house is on a quiet, suburban road and is only around a 10-minute walk from both Forest Hill and Sydenham High Street, so you’re close to plenty of cafés, food shops, pubs and other local spots.

Shared living room and kitchen space, the kitchen is open plan into the living/dinning room. The two bedrooms would have a shared bathroom and separate toilet upstairs.

I’ve only been living in the house for around three months, but I’m already really loving the area!

About me: I’m 29 and currently work in hospitality. I’m friendly, sociable and always up for a chat, grabbing a drink or doing something together, but I’m also very respectful of people wanting their own space and completely understand if you’re someone who likes to come home and switch off.

I’d preferably be looking for non-students and working professionals. I’d love the house to feel friendly and relaxed rather than just being somewhere people happen to live.
