Single Room available in quiet neighbourhood

I am one of the current tenants at 2 Verde Lodge looking for a tenant to move into our house in Sydenham.

Its a quiet, friendly neighboordhood with a large park next door and a 5 minute walk to Lidl on Sydenham highstreet. Heading the opposite direction is a retail park with a sainsburys and that is nearby to Lower Sydenham station where you can get direct trains to charing cross.

We are all very friendly and welcoming housemates. Most of us work in the evenings so you will likely have the house to yourself in the late afternoons and evenings!

We are hoping to have our housemates partner move in with her in the basement bedroom so it will likely be that we split the rent between four tenants and will be around £700 per month.

There are three bathrooms in total, a spacious kitchen and living room area. The single room is upstairs next to our housemates bedroom, where you will share the upstairs bathroom with her. (there are two bathrooms in the basement all bathrooms come with a toilet, sink and shower.

The house is a new build, very modern with great facilities.

The neighboorhood is very pretty and quiet, the house is semi detached with an identical new build property where we live next to two lovely neighbours!
