Description
Bright, Large Double Room located on Venner Road is 5 mins walk from Sydenham Station and 10 mins from Penge East Station.
Beautifully decorated, bright large one-bedroom flat (70 sq ft), and you will share it with one person (me!). There is no living room, as I will use it as my bedroom. And the large bedroom with a built-in wardrobe is yours! I have attached the floor plan, so you know the layout. Shared bathroom and kitchen space.
Fast internet, 150 Mbps Fibre Broadband
About me: I am a therapist. Aside from that, I love my music, cooking, exercise and catching up with friends.
In terms of living with other people, I am considerate and sociable but also respect others' privacy, looking for someone tidy and similar.
Rent is £220 per week, bills all included, 3-month minimum stay, after that monthly roll-on.
Viewing time is flexible; just message me here.
