Ideally situated, 20 minute walk away from local retail park (big Aldi, Sainsburys, B&Q), 10 minute walk away from Lidl & nearest gym, 15 minute walk away from Windrush line to get into central or Lower Sydenham to get into Charing Cross. Also, 3 minute walk away (literally around the corner) from our local park to get access to a green space ☀️
I will die on the hill that Sydenham is a lovely underrated area, it has a queer book club (Kirkdale Books), yoga studio and lots of (actually cheap!!) charity shops!
