Large double room in a quiet two-bedroom end of terrace house in Sydenham (zone 3) is available for working professional who is looking for mid-week accommodation in London. The rent is for 3 nights a week, I will adjust the rent for 4 nights.

The house has good access to public transport, about 12 min walk to Sydenham Hill rail station, main Sydenham rail station and London Overground:
• Direct service from Sydenham Hill to London Victoria - 15 min train journey
• Sydenham Hill - London Blackfriars/City Thameslink – 20 minutes
• Direct service from Sydenham to London Bridge – 20 minutes
• Direct Overground line will take you to Canada Water, Shadwell, Whitechapel or Shoreditch

Crystal Palace Park is 10 minutes walking distance. No parking restrictions around the Sydenham area and plenty of parking spaces outside the house.
