A spacious, fully furnished double room is available in newly renovated three-bedroom end-of-terrace home, located on a quiet residential street in Sydenham (Zone 3).

The house has recently been extensively renovated, including a new kitchen and rear extension, creating a bright, modern and comfortable living space. It's an ideal home for a working professional looking for a peaceful place to stay during the week.

I'm ideally looking for someone who needs accommodation three nights per week (Monday to Friday). The advertised rent is based on a three-night stay each week. I would also consider a four-night arrangement for the right person, with the rent adjusted accordingly.

This room is intended for someone who works in London during the week and returns to their main home at weekends. There is also the option to leave a small amount of personal belongings in the room between stays.

I would also consider a short-term full-time let for someone between homes or needing accommodation for a few weeks or up to a month.
