Double Room – 3 Nights per Week (Mon–Fri)

A large double room is available in a quiet, two-bedroom end-of-terrace house in Sydenham (Zone 3).

This is ideal for a working professional who needs mid-week accommodation in London, 3–4 nights per week, Monday to Friday. The room is not suitable as a main residence and would suit someone who works in London during the week and returns to their main home at weekends. There is the possibility of leaving a small amount of personal belongings on non-rented days.

I will also consider a short-term full-time let for someone between places or needing accommodation for a few weeks or a month.

Rent is based on 3 nights per week, with the option to adjust for 4 nights if required.

Location & Transport:
• Approx. 12-minute walk to Sydenham Hill station, Sydenham station, and the London Overground
• Sydenham Hill → London Victoria: 15 minutes
• Sydenham Hill → Blackfriars / City Thameslink: 20 minutes
• Sydenham → London Bridge: 20 minutes
• Overground to Canada Water, Shadwell, Whitechapel, and Shoreditch
• Crystal Palace Park is a 10-minute walk away
• No parking restrictions; plenty of on-street parking available
