Sydenham/Foresthill is firmly on the tube map in Zone 3. There are regular air conditioned London Overground services to Highbury & Islington/Dalston Junction (Shoreditch High Street in 25 mins), Crystal Palace and West Croydon. Also 15mins to London Bridge or Canada Water (Jubilee Line) for easy access to the City/Canary Wharf and the West End. The beautiful Crystal Palace park with its famous dinosaurs is just down the road and there are good bus routes including the 176 which takes you all the way to Tottenham Court Road from the end of the street!
