Located on Kitto Road within the Telegraph Hill Conservation Area, our home benefits from two parks directly opposite and to the side. The area offers a wide range of amenities, including farmers' markets, bars, cafes, and restaurants.
The Telegraph Hill Community Cafe, renowned for its D4100 pizzas, is just across the road. Skehans, voted the best London pub by Time Out, is at the end of the street. Transport links are excellent, with mainline and Overground stations providing access to the City and West End within 30 minutes.
The property is a short walk from Nunhead Green, with independent cafes, shops, and restaurants such as Ayre’s Bakery, Babette, and the Nunhead Gardener. Nunhead Station is approximately five minutes' walk, and Brockley and New Cross Gate are within a ten to twelve minute walk.
