My husband and I live on the upper three floors of the house. The property has been recently refurbished and decorated to a high standard, featuring wooden floors and period details. The entrance to the lower ground floor and a garage area with a laundry are shared. A beautiful, secluded garden is available to use, with French doors from both the bedroom and sitting room leading to it. All rooms are fully furnished. The rent covers all bills, council tax, Wi-Fi, and a fortnightly cleaner.

Located on Kitto Road within the Telegraph Hill Conservation Area, our home benefits from two parks directly opposite and to the side. The area offers a wide range of amenities, including farmers' markets, bars, cafes, and restaurants.

The Telegraph Hill Community Cafe, renowned for its D4100 pizzas, is just across the road. Skehans, voted the best London pub by Time Out, is at the end of the street. Transport links are excellent, with mainline and Overground stations providing access to the City and West End within 30 minutes.
