You will be living with me - an artist and semi-retired landscape gardener and my adult daughter who will be living here too for a few months from October.
This is a very pleasant, friendly neighbourhood where I have lived for several decades. There is a community cafe, several popular pubs, shops and parks a short walk away.

Transport links are excellent from this location. From Nunhead station (less than 10 minutes walk) there are trains to Victoria or Blackfriars/Kings Cross St Pancras and from Queens Road Peckham or New Cross Gate there is the Windrush Line connecting with the Jubilee Line and Elizabeth Line. Bus routes only 10 minute walk away.

The move in date is flexible.
