When closed, it functions as a compact single bed suitable for one person up to 5'4"–5'5"

When fully opened, it becomes a wide, very long bed that can physically accommodate two full adults up to around 6 feet tall

Please note: the room is strictly for single occupancy — the larger bed simply provides extra comfort and space for one person

The house is in Thamesmead in the Borough of Greenwich. For those travelling to the city, there is woolwich Royal Arsenal Tube/DLR station and new Elizabeth line. Taking Elizabeth line u will be in central London in 20 minutes. The tube station is 10 minutes bus ride from the house Or 4 bus stops. The house is 2 minutes walk from the bus stop.

The neighbourhood is very pleasant, safe and friendly.

There is communal living room and kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine. Of course, there is a wireless internet in the house. In your days off spend time watching films on a 70 inch ultra hd tv in the living room.

CURRENT OCCUPANTS In main house only 2.5 (one 6 year old boy, me and my wife) potentially 3.5 including you.

The other two live in a semi studio with their own entrance and kitchen sink.

I am the owner occupying a bedroom in the house. I work as a clinical nurse specialist. I am an easy going, friendly, trustworthy and fun person. I am conscientious, considerate, respectful of people's privacy and clean in my living environment. However, we do have a 6 year old boy who naturally plays with toys. My wife Ira is a Filipina and used to work as a counsellor for a private school in the Philippines. Eventually, she will be working in that field again as her masters are in Psychology.

GARAGE CONVERSION TO STUDIO FLAT (2 people has it's own entrance)

My garage has been converted into studio flat and one Filipina female nurse and her partner are staying there. They have their own living room and small kitchen area. They are also friendly, respectful and conscientious. This semi studio flat has IT'S OWN entrance via the garden which is separate from the main house. They are professional couple who also work in the health care industry.

HOUSE ATMOSPHERE
The house has always had a peaceful supportive and positive atmosphere. Occasionally, we even share our cooked food like close friends and family. If you want a positive, private, respectful and also fun place you can call HOME, check us out! We only want to live with like minded people so we choose carefully.

As I said, finding the right person is more important than having the room rented. I therefore very carefully choose the next lodger moving in to maintain the peace, respect, positive vibe and harmony in the house which we truly enjoy :) To keep this spirit, I also provide free all the cleaning materials, toilet paper, black bags and washing up liquid so we don't need to worry about using someone else's stuff :)

Finally, I should also mention that there is a cat in the house, Coco 3 years old. He is house trained and does his business in the garden. :)
